At Anna Falcke, we’re fully aware of the environmental challenges posed by polyester. While polyester fleece has its advantages—like warmth and durability—it also comes with significant environmental drawbacks. We’re committed to reducing our reliance on it, but we also recognise the challenges this presents for a small independent business like ours.
Despite these hurdles, we're making strides towards a more sustainable future. Our approach involves gradually shifting to eco-friendly materials wherever possible. We’re proud to incorporate recycled polyester made from plastic bottles, as well as luxurious organic cottons (GOTS certified) that are specially woven for us. These steps are part of our ongoing effort to balance quality with with eco-friendly materials that are gentle on the planet.
This Autumn, we're excited to introduce a new addition to our collection: the Vintage-inspired Statement Wristees®. These aren’t just an upgrade of our original Pleated Wristees®; they’re a refined, stylish fingerless glove complete with thumbs and cuffs. Ideal for pairing with our scarves and our soon-to-be-available bags.

- Use a micro waste bag or core ball during washing to collect microfibres.
- Wash less often and opt for shorter cycles at low temperatures.
- Use liquid soap to reduce friction during washing.
